Role Description

As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordination the activities of your landscape crew. Your role will involve ensuring that all landscape installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians. Must be able to use all equipment to install landscape enhancements at our clients’ properties including but not limited to: Edgers, trimmers, dingo, sodcutter, sod roller, etc. Complete punch list with our clients, account for inventory and equipment used for each installation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of landscape crew activities. Provide training and guidance to landscape staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience in a managing or supervisory role, with a minimum of 3years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation procedures and equipment.-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detain.-Must have a good driving record.
